This summer Elayne toured the Middle East and Africa, entertaining our troops. She managed to find the few rescues that exist in that part of the world. Tails of Joy is now happy to donate to Dogs in Doha, Cats in Qatar, and QAWS, Qatar Animal Welfare Society.
