If you already have an online Ralph’s account, skip to step 6.
If you don’t already have an online Ralph’s account:
- Log in to ralphs.com
- Click on Create Account under Sign In
- Follow the easy steps to create an online account
- You will be instructed to go to your email inbox to confirm your account
- confirm your online account by clicking on the link in your email
- Go to ralphs.com and click on ‘Sign In’
- Enter your email address and password
- Go to ‘My Account’
- Scroll ALL THE WAY DOWN to “Community”
- Click on “Ralph’s Community Rewards”
- Scroll down to “Link Your Card to an Organization”
- Where is says “Search for your organization here” Click “here“.
- Enter “Tails of Joy“. Our NPO number is VS869.
- Select “Tails of Joy” from the list. Click next to it. Hit “SAVE” and you are now saving animals’ lives every time you shop at Ralph’s.

Use eBay for Charity to list items on eBay and donate 10% to 100% of your listing’s final sale price to Tails of Joy. It’s an easy way to sell your unwanted items while helping us raise funds.

Get Started
- Click “Customize your listing”
- Look for the “eBay for Charity” field (Click “Add or Remove Options” if you don’t see it) in the Sell Your Item form in the “Choose how you’d like to sell your item” area.
- Choose “Select a new nonprofit”
- In the pop-up window that appears, type “Tails of Joy” in the “Nonprofit Name or Keyword” field
- Select Tails of Joy and a percentage (10-100%) you wish to donate to us (please note: there is a $1 minimum donation if your item sells).
