Beautiful sparkly glittery baby seal hanging ornament for the holidays. Flocked covered styrofoam. Light as a feather. Hand carried back from Italy. Imported by Belgium. Any “black marks” you see are actually kicks from the lighting playing off the silvery glitter. There are no black marks. Approx 3.5″ long x 3″ high x 2.25″ wide.
