Have A Laugh And Help Save A Life With Legendary Comedian And Animal Rescuer Elayne Boosler

A Special Comedy Concert and Benefit For Badass Brooklyn Animal Rescue

All Post-Show Merchandise Sales Donated to Badass Brooklyn Animal Rescue.

Comedian Elayne Boosler, always at the forefront of standup comedy, is simply at the top of her game in her fortieth year of performing. Coming back to New York, where it all started for her and her incredible group of peers in the early ’70s, she is the one true keeper of the hilarious stories of those days. All featured in her upcoming book, “Big Fun”, they are the funniest of adventures, featuring Andy Kaufman, Richard Belzer, Freddie Prinze, Jay Leno, Richard Lewis, Larry David, Richard Pryor, Lily Tomlin, Rodney Dangerfield, and so many more.

Her show is of course the best of up to the minute, smart, political, thoughtful and hilarious standup comedy, but she does sprinkle in some of the funniest stories never before told. Her career spans so much, from performing for President Clinton’s White House Press Correspondent’s Dinner, to the Queen of England’s Command Performance at the London Palladium, to hosting the Democrats Debate for NOW on C-Span, to concerts, clubs, Las Vegas, theaters, and years of tv. Her life’s work now is animal rescue.

She founded her “Tails of Joy” in 2001, and now, every show she performs serves to rescue animals in the city in which she is appearing. All after show merchandise is sold 100% for the benefit of local rescue organizations. Come laugh, then meet some of your best local rescuers after the show, maybe even buy something wonderful, and save a life!
