For the first time ever, Palm Springs Airport, specifically Signature Flight Support, will be the location for a co-ordinated rescue of local shelter dogs who have been at the crowded Coachella Valley Animal Campus for far too long. A dedicated group of animal advocate volunteers, and founder and head pilot Yehuda Netanel of Wings of Rescue, a 501c3, have come together with the willing assistance of the employees at CVAC, to rescue and save the lives of 50 dogs. These dogs will be flown to shelters in Washington State and Idaho, where they all have a real chance of finding their “furever” homes. Tails of Joy helped with the funding to make it happen.
